Samodiva Festival is a fictional music event rooted in the vibrant spirit of Morocco, celebrating rhythm, culture, and the magic of shared experiences.

The name is directly inspired by the Samodiva, mythical female spirits from Bulgarian folklore known for their beauty, freedom, and connection to nature, bringing a sense of mystery and enchantment to the festival’s identity.

The concept blends storytelling with place, where tradition meets contemporary sound in a modern festival setting. The visual identity draws from the rich colours of Moroccan mosaic tiles and bustling spice markets, using bold, bright hues to capture warmth, movement, and energy.

The logo system is built from simple geometric forms such as half circles, full circles, and quarter circles, coming together to create a playful yet structured language that feels both dynamic and harmonious. Much like the festival itself, the branding is designed to be flexible across print, digital, and spatial applications. The secondary logo acts as a modular tile, echoing patterns found in Moroccan design while reinforcing the system’s adaptability.

At its core, Samodiva Festival is about discovery, atmosphere, and celebration, where folklore, music, and visual identity merge into one immersive experience.
