The Eventim redesign explores how a ticketing platform can become more intuitive and user-friendly, while still maintaining a strong business focus. The project centers on improving the browsing and purchasing experience without disrupting the core commercial structure that drives the platform.

Eventim operates within a system where user experience and business goals are closely connected. Research showed that unclear hierarchy, visual clutter, and high cognitive load made it difficult for users to navigate, directly impacting engagement and conversions. The redesign therefore focuses on the homepage, with particular attention to clarity, navigation, and conversion.

The project is driven by an understanding of user journeys and business logic. By analyzing how users search for events, key friction points were identified and reduced through simplification and clearer guidance. At the same time, essential elements such as event visibility, promotional value, and opportunities for engagement were carefully preserved and strengthened.

Overall, the project demonstrates how a redesign can improve usability and clarity without losing sight of the business perspective. It shows how design decisions can create value for both users and the company by balancing experience, structure, and strategy.
